Lynne is a Marketing Coordinator for Qk4, Inc., an Engineering and Planning firm. In 1996, she was a single mom trying to find a balance between working full time and being home with her son when he returned from school. She had previously moved from full time work in the medical field to temporary work to find this balance.
In 1996 Lynne came to Qk4 as a temporary employee. Within several months, she was offered a full time position as administration to the Senior Vice President of Transportation. Within seven years, she was offered the position of Marketing Coordinator for the firm. The family atmosphere, great coworkers, and the many opportunities to grow her passion for graphic design and illustration has influenced her decision to stay with Qk4 through the years.
In 2010 Lynne discovered she could draw and has since put that talent to work in pencil, both graphite and color, digital, charcoal, pastel, oil and watercolor. She has won several awards since starting this journey and is tremendously proud of her accomplishments. She has a passion for portrait drawing and painting and loves to gift them to non-profits to help in fundraising efforts.
Lynne says the process of learning and creating is the greatest experience and she feels like the luckiest person in the world to be able to do so. Sola Dei Gratia!
